The TGC Team

Read Bio
Tamika Tyson brings over 20 years of credit, portfolio monitoring, structuring and compliance experience. Prior to co-founding TGC, Tamika was the Global Head of Credit at Noble Energy, a previous Fortune 500 company. The company sustained zero credit losses during her tenure, as the result of her developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management strategy. This accomplishment was coupled with improving risk-adjusted returns despite the increase in the portfolio's global risk profile. Her responsibilities included managing the global credit function, trade finance, and she was a key member of the deal teams who analyzed, structured, and implemented everything from start-up investment opportunities to large-dollar projects with global footprints. Tamika was a key member of the deal team that recently facilitated one of the largest economic transactions in history between Israel and Egypt, Leviathan, a $19.5B project. She began her career underwriting SBA loans, and has since worked for entities ranging from small businesses to multi-national enterprises to include Koch Industries, ArcLight Marketing, PEPCO, an Exelon company.
